Earnix, an AI platform specializing in pricing, underwriting, and offer personalization for the financial sector, announced yesterday the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Zelros, a French startup pioneering generative AI applied to insurance and banking.
Founded in 2016 in Paris by Christophe Bourguignat, Fabien Vauchelles, and Damien Philippon, Zelros, ISO 27001 certified, enables insurance players to be proactive and offer their clients a seamless and personalized experience, whether through digital or physical channels.
This acquisition aims to combine the predictive capabilities of the Israeli platform Earnix with the generative recommendation engine and autonomous decision-making agents developed by Zelros. The goal is to provide an integrated solution covering the entire decision-making cycle: risk management, dynamic pricing, customer experience personalization, and claims processing.
The two companies share common clients such as Aviva, AXA, BPCE, IAG, Generali, Matmut, Santander, and Tokio Marine, demonstrating their complementarity and the relevance of their merger. Their fusion will enable these clients to adapt to the rapidly evolving market.
With this acquisition, Earnix also strengthens its presence in France, where it announces the creation of a strategic development hub. Supported by JVP and Insight Partners, the company intends to accelerate its expansion in the European market.
